Customers may request an exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days from receiving the order in accordance with Serbian consumer protection law.
To be eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund, the product package must remain completely unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging with all accompanying accessories.
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened or used wellness/light therapy devices cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
SOHO Wellness reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any exchange, store credit, or refund request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an incorrect or defective product was delivered.
