Sauna ćebe koristim redovno i osećam se laganije već posle prvog korišćenja. Pomaže mi kod opuštanja, znojenja i detoksikacije ( dosta zadrzavam vodu u organizmu) a posle tretmana imam osećaj kao nakon prave saune.
Kako inače dosta zadržavam vodu, često mi koža deluje otečeno i teško. Posle korišćenja sauna ćebeta primetila sam da mi se telo brže „isprazni“, otok splasne i koža izgleda glatkije i mekše. Osećaj posle je baš prijatan lakše telo, manje napetosti i bolji san.
